Frequently Asked Questions
Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Can I bring my own catering?
Yes, you are welcome to use your own catering service. We also have preferred vendors we can recommend if needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for registered non-profit organizations. Please provide your non-profit documentation when making your booking.
